Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Frymora, operated by Fatmir Varaku in Kosovo. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use Frymora for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account and keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Do not share, sell, automate access to or misuse an account in a way that bypasses plan, credit or concurrency limits.
Subscriptions, credits and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment details; Frymora does not store your full card number.
Plan credits provide a limited right to use generation services during the applicable billing period. The credit cost is shown before a generation. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not roll over unless the plan expressly says so. Credits reserved for a failed generation are restored when our system confirms the failure.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management option made available by Frymora or Paddle. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless a refund or legal requirement ends it sooner.
Upgrades may take effect immediately with any price adjustment shown before confirmation. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal.
Your content and generated results
You retain your rights in prompts, uploads and other material you provide. You grant Frymora and its service providers limited permission to host, process, transmit and transform that material only as needed to provide and secure the requested service.
You must own or have permission to use every uploaded image, video, audio, voice, document, likeness, trademark or other reference. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing or relying on them.
Where permitted by law and the applicable model provider, paid-plan outputs may be used commercially. Model-specific rights, third-party rights and applicable law still apply, and Frymora cannot guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party claims.
Acceptable use
Do not use Frymora for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; non-consensual intimate content; exploitation of minors; impersonation or voice cloning without authorization; malware; or attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or evade service protections.
We may block content, suspend generations or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Frymora or the public, or to comply with law.
AI services and availability
Frymora coordinates third-party generation models, payment services, hosting and other infrastructure. Results, processing times and model availability may vary. Queues, maintenance, provider outages, safety filters or capacity limits may delay or prevent a generation.
We may replace, update or retire a model or feature. We use reasonable care to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Frymora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be excluded. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from generated content or for losses caused by unlawful use, external providers or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Frymora at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, illegal use, security risk or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email and will apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Kosovo, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Payment and refund matters may also be governed by Paddle’s checkout terms as Merchant of Record.
